"Ordering was kind of a hassle"
Ordering from the site was more annoying than I expected. The site felt clunky, the updates were slow, and it just made the whole process feel like a hassle. I kept waiting for things to load or update, and after a while it just got frustrating. I don’t think I’d be in a hurry to shop here again.

"Says it’s in stock, but it’s not?!"
I tried ordering a part from agrisupply.com because the site showed it was available. Then a few days later I get told it’s actually backordered, after I’d already planned around getting it. This has happened to me more than once now?! If something isn’t really in stock, don’t list it like it is. Super annoying and a waste of time.

"Not really worth the price"
The prices just don't feel worth it to me. I get that everything is more expensive these days, I was literally just complaining about grocery prices the other day — but this still felt like too much for what you get. Maybe some people won't mind paying it, but for me, I'd probably look somewhere else next time

I was trying to decide based on the product photos, but they just weren’t clear enough and didn’t show the details I’d want to see before buying. I also wasn’t sure what I was supposed to do next, like whether there were more images somewhere or if I needed to contact someone for better info. It made the whole thing a bit frustrating.

"Checkout was more frustrating than it should’ve been"
I tried to place my order, but the checkout kept giving me issues and wouldn’t let me finish smoothly. I ended up having to go back, refresh, and re-enter some of my info, which got annoying after a while.
If they fix the checkout process, I’d probably consider ordering again, but right now it made the whole thing feel like more of a hassle than it needed to be, if that makes sense...

"Late delivery and unhelpful support"
I ordered from agrisupply.com thinking it would show up in time, but the delivery ended up being way late. The tracking barely updated, so I kept having to check it myself with no real idea where the package was. I also reached out to support and it felt like I just got a copy-paste response that didn’t actually help. By the time it finally arrived, I had already bought what I needed somewhere else. I wouldn’t order from them again if I needed something by a certain date.

"Arrived on Time, Barely in One Piece"
The order did show up on time, so there’s that. The box, however, looked like it had been through a little adventure before getting to me. Thankfully nothing was missing, but a few items were dented from bouncing around inside. Not the end of the world, but maybe tossing in some better packing next time wouldn’t be the worst idea

"Disappointed With the Quality and Service"
I ordered a few things from Agri Supply, i expected better. Some of the parts started wearing out way sooner than they should have, and one item already felt flimsy as soon as I took it out of the box. I also had a simple request that felt like it was basically ignored, which made the whole experience even more frustrating. Maybe I just got a bad batch, but for what I paid, I was hoping for something more durable. I don’t think I’d order from them again.

"Felt sketchy after I paid"
Once I paid and got it in my hands, I kind of started questioning the whole thing. The parts felt cheap right away, and after only two uses they already started bending. Definitely not what I expected for the money.

To be fair, I did end up getting my refund, so that part worked out. I just had to ask twice before it was actually taken care of, which was a bit frustrating

"Frustrating experience getting a replacement part"
I tried to get a replacement part for my sprayer, but it was out of stock and nobody could give me a real timeline. I called twice and got two different answers, which didn’t help. Now the whole thing’s just sitting there useless. Frustrating, and I don’t think I’ll be ordering equipment from them again

"Decent site, but not much for implements"
I was trying to find a few tractor implements and thought Agri Supply would have way more to choose from. They do have some stuff, but the selection felt limited for what I needed. A lot of the sizes and types I was looking for were either missing or not really clear, which was kinda frustrating. Some prices seemed fairly decent, but I still ended up checking other sites anyway. It might be fine if you just need basic parts, but for implements, I wasn’t super impressed. The site isn’t awful or anything, it just didn’t have nearly enough options.

The delay itself wasn’t even the biggest issue for me — stuff happens, I get it. But I wish there had been a clear explanation about what was actually causing it. I kept checking for updates, then wondering if I missed something, then going back to the original message like, okay, but why is it late? A simple, upfront note about the real reason would’ve made the whole experience feel a lot less frustrating.

"Exchange took more effort than expected"
I needed to exchange an item it took longer than I thought it would. I ended up having to call more than once, and the answers I got weren’t always consistent, which made the whole thing more frustrating. They did sort it out in the end, so it wasn’t a total disaster, but it felt like way too much chasing for what should’ve been a simple exchange. Has anyone else had this happen?

I tried ordering a few parts, but the website was a pain to deal with. Pages were loading really slowly, the search barely matched what I was typing, and the cart kept glitching whenever I tried to change quantities. Even basic info was hard to find unless I clicked around forever. I ended up getting frustrated and leaving without placing the order. "Didn’t Fit Like It Was Supposed To"
I ordered the part their site said would fit my model, but for some reason the holes didn’t line up at all. I ended up having to send it back, which was just a waste of time. When I reached out, customer service basically told me to check the measurements next time, which wasn’t very helpful

"Why Was Returning Something So Difficult?"
I tried to return an item, why does a simple return have to turn into such a hassle? I had to go back and forth multiple times, the replies were slow, and the instructions weren’t clear at all. By the end, I felt like I was just stuck paying extra for something I didn’t even want. Who wants to deal with that? Definitely not ordering from here again.
